Thanks for Nothing, Go Sears
“On Wednesday 04.13.2011 6:00pm on my way home i got a flat tire on my 2009 chrysler 300. It turns out the used car dealer i got the car from gave me the wrong spare so i could change it. A friend picked me and my flat tire up and took me to the firestone tire store on sunrise highway in Bayshore NY to have it repaired or replaced. When i got there i explained what happened and could they help me the answer was We are to Busy. with that my friend said it is an emergency but that didnt matter or help. So we went over to sears in bayshore, up the road from the firestone dealer by the southshore mall and they had no problem replacing my tire. out of princaple i will never go back to a firestone dealer or recommened one to anyone.” -
